Based in Batavia, IL, United Safety Transfer (UST) proudly provides local and long distance non-emergency medical transportation needs throughout Kane County and beyond.
UST was founded by a diligent and hardworking husband and wife team, Curt and Sheina Croson. After serving many years in the medical industry in a host of hospital and nursing home settings, Sheina witnessed firsthand the lengthy wait times for assisted transportation. Inspired to provide a more reliable and cost effective transportation solution, Curt and Sheina launched UST to serve area clients, families, and facilities.
Unlike other services operating as a curb-to-curb service, UST is committed to safely escorting you or your loved one from your residence or facility to a clean and comfortable vehicle. On arrival at your destination, our trained staff will escort you to check-in.
In leveraging years of professional experience, UST continues to build and cultivate strong relationships with facility staff, patients, and families. Rather than focusing exclusively on volume and profits, UST is keenly focused on providing exceptional and timely customer service with the compassion you and your loved ones deserve.
